Uninsulated roof
Internal view of a typical uninsulated steel building
LLENTAB's roof cladding provides high leakage protection thanks to prepunched holes in plates and purlins.
Our uninsulated roof is a combination of galvanized and color coated roof plate TP46, placed on purlins Z-shape. Additionally inner side of plate is covered with a condenstion reduction foil.

LLENTAB building on one of winter days
LLENTAB uninsulated roof can bear high snow load and resist against salt and moisture.
By using different thicknesses and height of LLENTAB Zprofiles we can keep standard c/c 1500 mm as base for our standard TP46 plate for different snow and wind loads.

Roof plate with condensation reduction foil layer
The solution is simple high quality of color coated, galvanized plate with 0.63 mm thickness and the best polyester paint, additionally covered inside with condensation reduction foil layer.
The inner layer on the TP46 plate protect material and people from drops of condensated water, this process mainly occurs between dusk and day, when the air temperature starts to grow fast. Water accumulated in this layer evaporated during day to be ready for next condensation.
